公開晒資料無秘密,少D老襯.

好似毛巾B來價是正常毛巾X1.3, 但運輸是正常除1.3.

所以毛巾B=正常毛巾價錢

現在毛巾B$=正常$X2 [因Demand and Supply 引至] ..同來價無關.

話俾客聽[來價貴是沒有錯,祗是講D唔講D!!]

我無, 我當時係"你想"到放, 無記錯當時龍紋開始興 (最記得個時魚街賣龍紋B要400-600/條)

個時我入個批問到魚場拎父母相, F1, 個時好似入100條, 之後1個WEEK內放晒

個時第一次做網上生意, 怕蝕無市場, 之後賣時開POST講明話3日內死魚我包換, 托賴無事發生, 全數售出

之後好似都有做多轉(忘了), 但成績唔記得左LU, 總之埋單計數有賺, 仲有魚自己玩 (個時同老細成日吹水熟, 有時R下著數咁)

係無耐結婚先唔再做, 拆晒架放晒魚

你要既量少人地可能唔so你;
魚到步後既生死與魚場無關(有有得傾，但唔係退款，係下次你入貨計平或者free幾條魚);
如果團購，又更煩(邊個主持？魚點分？死魚點計？錢點俾？口講？訂？全數？)
如果有師兄克服到以上/其他問題就梗係有影響啦，但唔會好大影響個種。
老實，有幾多個願意揹咁多問題同煩惱上身？倒不如俾多少少錢買人地個服務同品質啦

以上係個人賣淡水魚時所遇既事而講既意見，唔知用唔用得係咸水買賣上喇。

我相信魚友知道來價後, 一D好好賺錢魚/珊瑚會平返D,但其他會加10~20%.

對誠實做生意人影響不大.

好似今日返毛巾B, 我又賣$140~160. 返價俾大家知是$60又如何.
(一般正常4~5"返價是$65 賣$100),客唔會因毛巾B利潤咁多而講價或不買.

Demand and Supply 先才是主導.

今時今日, 大家唔怕蝕先好打算開魚店.人工租金太高啦.

如果大家知到來價咁貴,利潤咁底.會否買貴一D好態魚?

淡水魚利潤一般1.5~4 倍來價. 海水魚一般1.3~1.8倍來價.

孔雀$2/條賣到$8/條(4倍)

小丑 $12賣$20. (1.8倍)
毛巾 $65賣$90 (1.4倍)

以前(10年前)北極星亞包話,,,每月週轉要50萬...收入3萬5, 2個PART TIME 支出萬幾,自己舖唔洗租.
每個月有萬幾2萬蚊收入....如果要交租...得一皮野啦.

A. 機場收費(HK$3~50/箱)), 唔同國家大細有唔同收費
B,飛機運費.(US$/KG)  唔同國家唔同收費
C.包裝費,(US$12/箱)  唔同國家唔同收費
D.文件費,(US$50) 唔同國家唔同收費
E.香港司機運輸.($450)
F.報關費 ($35)

一般先將全部 (2.其他收費) 加總和...再除多少箱. 得出一箱到店價錢.

例如..... . 計出一箱到店是大約HK$900. 咁那條魚包裝大細, 如一箱可裝20條.
$900/20 = 每條為HK$45. + 魚HK$70(US$9)US$10/9折
到店價= $115.

但唔同店計出來(2.其他收費)是少少不同.  旺角大店返貨多有好D 折扣, 司機專用收平D,同一收費運

一樣好貴. 我計過..白做.

好多魚店收擋,因為有幾間返魚店,以好少利潤打擊同行.
佢地主要收入由其他地方找錢.如代理水族用品批發,
接大量貴保養生意.[包括本店]

好多魚友以為做海水魚好好利錢, 這十年我見唔少新開或老店收檔.
近1~2年. 貴魚加了DOUBLE...12"法仙,由$2,500 加到 $4,500.
收咁貴先正常做賺魚錢生意.
但以前豪客少了好多,加價後生意更難做.

火焰仙....如加到正常價$250,小丑$65起.
一定減少好多人玩海水魚.

如果是一般魚,唔係食用魚,無什麼申請文件.
珊瑚,紅龍,海馬....鬚眉...例外.

近幾年行家跟本日日都無好日子過[好日子是97之前],同這討論無關.
如果是做魚店一定知,玩魚人少了,大缸豪客少了,人工同租金大加, 來貨貴,但賣價平. 賺錢非常難.

這討論主要對一D 魚友多D了解, 賣魚唔係你地想好好賺.
亦對一些魚友想開水族店忠告,條數公開俾你地睇,海水水族店非常難賺錢.
我見有幾間開唔到半年就結業.如果一早有多D資料,佢地一定唔會開店.

有D做到生意好到不得了,有D做到摺埋,有D做到好似多多優惠,有D做到轉行,我相信大家都系生意手法唔同,坦白請做生意一定要賺,有人$10成本賣$15,亦有人$10成本賣$35,但客人亦去貴的舖

SORRY,難唔難申請批文我答你唔到.

每SHIPMENT 要申請一次.

應該好容易, 你問一問政府有關部門啦.

不過....一般真係要訂好多好多先有得.
(如果你不計成本....就不是問題.)

人地都講了"幾萬蚊一次"!!!
不過珊瑚成本好平...$1~2百蚊返來可以賣過千蚊.!!
